Lead Ready gives small UK businesses a professional website, a simple management dashboard, enquiry tracking, review tools, AI content help, hosting, support and clear monthly reporting — all in one managed service. No confusing tech. No abandoned website. No guessing where your work is coming from.
Each demo uses the same Lead Ready system, but the wording, layout and content are adapted to the trade.
Built once, launched, then quietly forgotten. The phone might still ring, the inbox might still ping — but you've no idea what's actually working, what's not, and where to put your next pound.
Sound familiar?
Lead Ready is built to fix that.
Four things you get from Lead Ready that you don't get from a one-off website build.
Your site shows your services, reviews, recent work, photos, service areas and contact details clearly. Built mobile-first, so customers can call, message or enquire quickly.
You see which enquiries came from Google, direct visits, social media, paid ads or referrals. It tracks more than forms — because most trade enquiries happen by phone.
Turn photos and quick voice notes into case studies. Draft replies to enquiries. Request website changes without learning how to edit the site yourself.
You get a plain-English summary of how the site is performing, what's working, and what to do next.
Lead Ready keeps things simple. There are no confusing tiers and no locked dashboard features. Every core client gets the website, dashboard, hosting, support, tracking and AI tools included.
Your customers get a fast, professional website that clearly explains what you do, where you work, why they should trust you, and how to contact you.
You get a simple dashboard that shows what's happening on your website and helps you keep it updated without needing to touch code.
Hi, I'd like a quote for a new patio in our garden. We're in Mickleover, the area is roughly 60 sqm and currently old concrete slabs.
Looking for something in natural stone — reclaimed if possible. Could you let me know your availability for a site visit?
Thanks, Sarah
You get clear updates on how the site is performing and support from real people when something needs changing.
March was your strongest month for new enquiries since November, driven by an uptick in Google search traffic. Conversion rate held steady; weekend traffic improved.

Most small businesses only know that the phone rang or an email arrived. Lead Ready tracks form enquiries, phone clicks, email clicks and WhatsApp clicks — and records the source of every visit, so you can stop guessing.
Good reviews help people trust you before they call. Lead Ready can pull your Google reviews into your website automatically, send review requests to customers after a job, and let you choose which reviews appear on the site.
Outstanding work from start to finish. The new patio is exactly what we hoped for and the team were professional throughout.
From the first site visit to the final planting, David and the team were a pleasure to work with. The patio looks better than the day they laid it.
Heritage redesigned our whole garden — borders, paving, the lot. Five years on and the planting is exactly as they said it would mature.
Hidden from website. Flagged to Google for review. (Likely competitor — wrong company name in review.)
Your best marketing is the work you've already done. Take photos on site, record a quick voice note, and the dashboard turns it into a case study or news article draft. Your website keeps showing fresh work, recent projects and useful advice — no evening blog-post writing required.
Most years we lift ours about the second week of October. The signal isn't the calendar — it's the first proper frost. Wait too long and the tubers turn to mush. Lift too early and you've cut short the flowering season for no reason.
If you're not sure when frost is coming, watch the foliage. The moment the leaves blacken, you've got a couple of days…
Sarah and James first walked us round their Wirksworth garden on a wet October morning. The brief was unhurried: a parterre that would mature beautifully through the next two decades.
The site itself was generous. South-facing slope, half an acre, framed by a stone wall the previous owners had let lichen colonise...
You don't need to learn how to edit a website. If you need to change a service, add photos, update your phone number, fix wording, add a team member or publish new content, you can submit a request through the dashboard. Type it or record a voice note. We handle the update for you. Most change requests are completed within a working day.
The core Lead Ready package gives you the system. The optional SEO Growth Package puts it to work — bringing more of the right people to your website over a focused 6-month engagement.
Real numbers from a typical Lead Ready SEO engagement with a UK trade business. Your results depend on starting position, location and competition — but this is the kind of momentum we aim for.
Every month you get concrete deliverables — not vague "SEO work." New pages, blog posts, Google Business updates, technical fixes, all tracked in your dashboard alongside the keyword movement.
Bundle saving: while the SEO package is active, your website monthly fee drops from £125 to £60 + VAT. The Standard SEO package then starts from £455 + VAT/month total — usually less than the cost of one new job.
One core managed package, plus an optional SEO add-on for businesses ready to grow on Google. No tiers. No upsells. No locked dashboard features.

For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Banks Digital Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
We only collect information you give us, or that's needed to run the site.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising. We do use a small number of trusted processors to run the service:
All processors are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to keep your information secure and use it only for the purposes we've instructed.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

These terms govern your use of the Lead Ready service operated by Banks Digital Ltd. By signing up you agree to them. They're not the most exciting read — sorry — but they keep things fair on both sides. If anything's unclear, email [email protected] before signing up.
"We", "us" and "our" mean Banks Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. "You" and "your" mean the person or business buying the Lead Ready service. "Lead Ready" means the managed website service we provide, including hosting, design, dashboard, reporting, and any add-ons listed in your order.
Lead Ready is a managed website system. We build a website tailored to your business, host it on our infrastructure, and maintain it for as long as you're subscribed. The standard service includes the dashboard for enquiry tracking and reporting; optional add-ons (such as SEO Growth) are available at additional cost.
We aim for 99.5% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance which we'll give reasonable notice of where possible.
Lead Ready is intended for legitimate UK service businesses. You confirm that you're authorised to enter into this contract on behalf of your business and that any information you've given us is accurate.
Once the setup fee has cleared we'll begin work. A typical build takes 2–3 weeks depending on how quickly you provide content and feedback. We'll send draft designs for your review before launching anything publicly.
The monthly subscription runs on a rolling basis with 30 days' notice. To cancel, email [email protected]. The site stays live and the dashboard accessible until the end of your final paid month.
The SEO Growth add-on has a 6-month minimum engagement; after that it runs monthly with 30 days' notice on the same terms.
On cancellation, we'll provide a full export of your enquiry data and any content you've contributed.
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or that would harm Banks Digital or our other customers. You're responsible for the accuracy of content on your site and for ensuring you have the right to publish any photos, copy, or trademarks supplied to us.
If you already own a domain, you keep it — we'll just point it at the website we've built. If we register a domain on your behalf, we'll either transfer it to you or pass on the renewal fees at cost.
We do everything reasonable to keep the service running well and your data safe, but no online service is risk-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the English courts.
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll email you at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. If you don't agree with the new terms, you can cancel during the notice period without paying further fees.
